Following a leadership transition, Hosa Technology found itself at an important turning point. The company had a strong history, loyal employees, and an established reputation in the industry, but leadership recognized that the culture needed to evolve alongside the business. There was a growing desire to create a more energized, aligned, and purpose-driven organization that could better support the company’s future vision.
Like many long-standing companies, Hosa had values and beliefs that existed organically within the business, but they were not clearly defined or consistently communicated across the organization. Leadership wanted to build something authentic - a brand and culture framework rooted in the company’s real identity, employee and customer experiences, and long-term aspirations. Fratzke partnered with Hosa Technology to help define a clearer brand and cultural foundation centered around purpose, alignment, and employee engagement.
We began by listening first. Through employee culture surveys, focus groups, stakeholder collaboration, and leadership workshops, Fratzke worked to uncover the themes, beliefs, and cultural strengths that already existed within the organization. Those insights became the foundation for deeper strategic discussions around the future direction of the company and the type of culture leadership wanted to intentionally build.
