Challenge

Following a transition in company leadership, Hosa desired to transform a complacent culture into an agile, purpose-driven culture. As part of this, they wanted to define a company purpose, mission and core values that would inspire their workforce and better communicate the value of what they do. Fratzke worked with them to define the right purpose to match the heart of the company today and the direction they desired to go in the future.

  • Defined an action plan with executive leadership
  • Used internal employee culture survey and focus group findings to inform strategic path forward
  • Designed and led 2-hour Spark Session with executive leadership to identify culture differentiators and generate ideas for purpose, vision and core value statements
  • Provided recommended statement options and worked with the team to finalize
  • Communicate the new purpose, mission and core value branding
