Inspired by the quote “Be curious, not judgmental," Lisa has an innate curiosity that informs her consultative approach with clients. She has a passion for working with clients to get to the heart of an issue and developing strategic initiatives that drive awareness and positive change. Her holistic approach leverages data-driven insights, brand storytelling, technology and the principles of human behavior to help clients tell their stories better than anyone else internally and externally to drive employee engagement, customer loyalty and business growth.
With over fifteen years of experience with top brands, Lisa spent nearly a decade at The Walt Disney Company in Public Affairs and Communications. She partnered with business segments globally to create cohesive internal and external communication strategies to drive branding and key reputation issues, along with leading initiatives to increase employee engagement and retention. During her time at Disney, Lisa worked with the Chairman of Disney Parks, Experiences and Products and his executive leadership team to create meaningful executive communication strategies that positioned DPEP as an industry leader and created a clear sense of vision and culture.
Lisa is the recipient of the Gold Quill Excellence Award, one of the only award programs that honor communicators on a global scale. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Screenwriting from Chapman University. In her downtime, you’ll find Lisa reading, writing or exploring the world with her husband James. She also enjoys getting friends together for thoughtful conversations over cheese and charcuterie.
