CHALLENGE

Girl Scouts wanted to create more opportunities for girls who may not traditionally have access to troop-based programs and experiences. As communities faced increasing social and economic challenges, leadership recognized the need to better understand how evolving needs were impacting participation, engagement, and accessibility.

The organization also wanted a more collaborative way to bring stakeholders together, gather ideas from across teams, and identify practical solutions that could help strengthen future programs and community impact efforts.

SOLUTION

Fratzke partnered with Girl Scouts to facilitate a guided ideation and strategy workshop focused on strengthening the organization’s All Girl Initiative. The engagement included strategic pre-planning sessions, collaborative workshop facilitation, and an after-action review designed to help leadership prioritize ideas and identify next steps.
